These Terms of Service govern your use of DoodleNote, including the iOS app and related services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use DoodleNote.
Use of the app
DoodleNote lets you transform photos into AI-styled visual notes using preset templates and optional descriptions. The service depends on network access and generation infrastructure.
Content rights
You should only submit photos and descriptions that you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in your submitted photos and the generated images you save. You give DoodleNote the limited permission needed to process, transmit, generate, and return the requested result.
No cloud library
DoodleNote does not provide a permanent cloud library for your creations. Photos and generated images are automatically deleted from DoodleNote's backend after processing. You are responsible for saving work you want to keep on your device, in Photos, or through Apple iCloud if you use iCloud.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not submit private images of other people without permission.
- Do not use DoodleNote to impersonate people, violate privacy, or mislead others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass the service.
AI outputs
AI-generated images may be inaccurate, unexpected, or different from your request. Review outputs before saving or sharing them.
Purchases and credits
DoodleNote may offer consumable generation credits through Apple in-app purchase. Prices and purchase terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Credits may be required for generation and may be consumed when a generation request is processed. Refunds and payment issues are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
Availability
The service may change, pause, or stop at any time due to maintenance, provider availability, cost controls, safety controls, or business decisions.
Privacy
Your use of DoodleNote is also governed by the DoodleNote Privacy Policy.
